All coaching packages are customized to your individual needs.  Individual rates vary depending on the length and frequency of our sessions.  Most coaching is conducted by telephone except by mutual agreement.

All clients receive:

  • An in-depth initial coaching session of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours
  • Complimentary e-mail access
  • Telephone check-in between sessions as needed (you are asked to keep unscheduled phone calls to no more than 10 minutes in length.) 

  • Monthly Coaching, one 30 minute session per week, 4 sessions per month

    Our most popular coaching package consists of weekly sessions of 30 minutes each held 4 times per month.
